UX Design Product Manager
Spearheaded strategy, A/B testing, iterative designs, and implementation of a new AI/ML site search feature for our catalog assortment which had increased to over 700+ SKUs. Ran discovery and leveraged an algorithm based on consumer insights, data analytics, and input from in-store sales associates to identify unique shopper needs. Compared to the site average, search users had 4x higher conversion rate, 5x higher add-to-cart rate, and higher revenue per visit.

I managed the end-to-end UX design and launch of a new employee intranet from the ground up, creating a centralized digital hub for company news, resources, and tools. Starting with discovery—including stakeholder workshops and employee research—I defined core needs and shaped the product strategy. I led UX/UI design from initial wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, prioritizing intuitive navigation and clear hierarchies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I oversaw development through agile sprints, ensuring alignment with user goals.

I led the design of new creative guidelines, product features, page templates, and user journeys on the surgical website across over thirteen different medical specialties. The site overhaul focused on improving KPIs to meet growth goals; increased patient appointment requests, improved session time, and reduced bounce. Using an iterative approach, A/B testing, and modular design, I implemented a more cohesive, scalable and patient friendly experience that made care and resources more accessible.

Our brand sites required a new, universal footer that could work across all our networks. The old footer didn’t unify A+E Networks as a portfolio, varied between brand sites, had too many links (making it hard for users to find what they needed), and didn’t match our corporate rebrand. For the new design, I streamlined key content, simplified the color palette, and reorganized the layout to better reflect the portfolio.

I led design for this 360° digital initiative’s core destination and its supporting marketing assets, driving purchases of Ralph Lauren’s seasonal assortment at Bloomingdales, in partnership with Marie Claire. The experience seamlessly blended shoppability with entertainment, offering users expert style tips, behind-the-scenes content, head-to-toe looks, and lifestyle content. The campaign exceeded YoY revenue goals, and become a flagship annual event.
